Have you ever experienced a time when a parent was rude to you, or didn’t understand why a coworker was upset with you, received an unpleasant email, or read ugly comments on social media about your school? In this session, you will be inspired to utilize your strengths to enhance the skills needed to perfect your customer service talents. Participants will learn to improve and strengthen communication skills, telephone/email/social media and greeting skills.
