JUST IN TIME #2: AUTHOR'S USE OF LANGUAGE AND VOICE; TEXT EVIDENCE K-5

This workshop is the second in a series of six. Based on regional STAAR assessment data, each workshop will target the lowest-performing student expectations for the given six weeks. Participants will fully explore each targeted student expectation and practice easily implemented activities, which are adaptable to specific grade levels This session will focus on genre characteristics of fictional texts, the author's use of language and voice, and text evidence.
