LGBTQI+ 101 for Educators (Virtual)

Educators are seeing more students in the school setting identifying with the LGBTQQIAAPP community. The presenter will review key terminology, developmental milestones, and review research regarding specific mental health issues affecting those who identify with the community. Attendees will gain insight into affirmative practices for the school setting to help students navigate their identity within the learning environment. At the end of the presentation there will be time for attendees to ask questions.
