Keep ‘em in the Community: Restorative Practices to Prevent Discipline Referrals & Promote Deeper-Level Behavior Change

Why remove students from the learning community when we can leverage evidence-based restorative and SEL practices to teach respectful communication, conflict management, and self-regulation skills? From the proactive to the reactive, we’ll cover several strategies that you can implement at low-to-no cost to improve the behavioral health of your campus and do your part to remedy the school-to-prison pipeline for our most vulnerable students.
