Teacher Mentoring Academy Day 2 AM

The Teacher Mentoring Academy is grounded in research-based best practices and will build mentor and beginning teacher effectiveness. Throughout the school year, mentors and beginning teachers will engage in a variety of training topics. Training will include lesson planning and formative assessment, data-driven instruction, learning environment, coaching cycles, and effective mentoring partnerships. Tracking tools such as logs, checklists, and protocols will be utilized.
