Navigating Your Future is a Training of Trainers model to support transition and post-secondary outcomes for students with disabilities. Join us as we explore 7 areas to support and increase post-secondary outcomes. Topics will include agency connections, interview tips and tricks, self-advocacy, vocational rehabilitation, workplace etiquette, and more. Participants will receive materials and resources for use at parent/student engagement events in their district or charter.
You will need an electronic device where you can access multiple browser windows.
