Paraprofessionals, a superhero for classroom teachers. This workshop will explore how paraprofessionals can assist educators of students with learning differences. There isn't a "one size fits all" program perfectly designed to meet every student's needs. However, there are evidenced bast practices to assist students in accessing and progressing in the general curriculum. Topics to explore include basic responsibilities, explicit instruction, accommodations, ways to communicate effectively, documentation, and the ABCs necessary to responsively decrease misbehavior. This workshop is primarily for Wells ISD staff.
