AEL Advancing Educational Leadership

Complete Attendance

This 3 day training is a prerequisite for the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) training. This AEL training will focus on the tenets of instructional leadership and will provide opportunities for application. The goal of AEL training is to provide practical and relevant examples from the field of education with a balance of research. Participants will explore the five interlocking themes of educational leadership and seven interwoven strands of effective soft skills through scaffolded activities and opportunities for reflection and networking.
