Instructional Health Checks: Health Checks to pass the BIG Test

2023 is bringing BIG changes to the assessment landscape with the STAAR redesign. Join us as we examine the 'health' of your students' learning by examining the goals for their learning, how to check on their progress to those goals, and then adjust their learning experiences to help them meet their goals utilizing resources and new features in TEKS RS. This interactive session will examine new STAAR item types, their implications on instruction and thinking, as well as, how to use formative assessments to do intentional health checks with students to monitor their growth and progress throughout the year.
