Observation Feedback Cycles for Leaders in CTE Day 2

Participants will learn how to develop strong systems for regular observation of CTE teachers and provide timely feedback. Campus leaders will learn Paul Bambrick-Santoyo's protocol to guide effective instructional practices in every classroom. Leaders will learn how to guide teachers to see a model of success, name a bite-sized action step, and take immediate action that supports growth and development.
