CPI-Refresher Description: This course is intended as a yearly follow up for those who have received the full training and is necessary for re-certification. The course is designed to help improve understanding of key program concepts, enhance your skills, and answer any questions on how to apply the information to workplace realities. The Refresher training consists of One Day-Face-to-Face session. Course Requirements: Staff must complete the training to earn credit.
