Teacher Leadership Series - Year TWO (Session 3 of 4)

The Harlingen CISD Teacher Leadership Series will consist of four 90-minute sessions during the 2022-2023 school year and led by Dr. Daryl Michel. Session content is organized around Student-Focused Coaching: The Instructional Coach's guide to Supporting Student Success through Teacher Collaboration by Drs. Jan Hasbrouck and Daryl Michel. Each session will provide background information, models, examples, and opportunities to practice. Participants will be expected to apply/practice learning between sessions and prepare to share new learning with colleagues. Participation is limited to 30 teachers, and points will be awarded for the Teacher Incentive Allotment Additional Factors category. Dates for the series will be October 11, November 1, January 10, and February 21.
