Workshop Registration Details

Engage2learn will provide leaders with the tools to facilitate the cultural shift necessary for growth. During Executive Training, e2L facilitators focus on the five ways leaders influence culture. According to organizational research, these five ways leaders influence culture correlate to the characteristics that have been outlined in the research on effective leaders. Leaders influence culture by (1) collaboratively defining shared beliefs and vision, (2) defining desired behaviors aligned to those beliefs and vision, (3) establishing measurables aligned to the vision, (4) implementing clear strategy aligned to the vision, and (5) developing systems for communication, coaching and feedback, and continuous improvement to support and sustain the strategy (Gallup, 2014; Carnegie 2016; Cancialosi, 2015). **Presenter: Engage 2 Learn Consultant (*6 hours training with working lunch)
