Workshop Registration Details

The 4 day Educator Summit will focus on “Managing Your Classroom Effectively!” participants will learn how to teach routines, balance caring with keeping order, coach students to self-regulate, use a variety of questioning strategies to promote deeper thinking. The summit will also focus on “Mastery Learning” to help teachers learn what to teach by deconstructing the TEKS and lean how to write clear learning objectives using the learning cycle effectively. In “Formative Assessments at the Exemplar Level” training will help teachers define master performance for their grade level using teacher-created exemplars, monitoring paths, clearly define rounds and objective aligned formative assessments. The “Active Learning Strategies for the Classroom” training will help teachers actively engage students in content using strategies and protocols to get students thinking critically and taking ownership of their learning.
