Writing (writing ability in all domains and areas of the instructional day)

This session will engage teachers in helping children understand shared writing, creative writing, free writing, independent writing, modeled writing and the writing process to increase writing ability in all domains and areas of the instructional day during whole group, small group and independent instruction. Teachers will work on hands-on activities during this session to help prepare and plan a play environment that encourages children to use everything from random scribbles to controlled writing ability to be actively engaged during circle time, center time and independent exploration.

PSJA ISD - SSI Community Partnership 3 and 4 Year old teachers, Instructional Coaches and Early Childhood Specialists.
