#6 Title: An Aerial Trapeze of Vocabulary

This session is intended to identify the skills and outcomes students are to achieve in the Domain of Language and Communication in Vocabulary Skills of the Texas Pre-Kindergarten Guidelines. Through research-based instructional strategies, participants will utilize daily opportunities to intentionally develop a rich vocabulary in listening and speaking. The vocabulary skills targeted will be age-appropriate, relevant, and rigorous through consistency of embedded daily routine. This professional development session is designed to develop activities to take back to the classroom and implement.
