The purpose of the FERPA Online Course is to examine the Federal Educational Rights and Private Act, also known as the Buckley Amendment. You will learn about restrictions on sharing student information, as well as the rights of parents when examining student records and instructional materials. Upon successfully completing the course, participants will earn 1 CPE Hour Credit.
