Coaching leads to improvements in educators' instructional capacity as individuals collectively apply their learning in deeper, more frequent, and more consistent ways. Coaching for Change educational leaders aim to implement instructional coaching at all levels throughout schools and our district. A Coaching for Change Playbook will be utilized as a tool intended to guide schools as they embark on the important mission of school improvement.
