Customer Service Training - Paraprofessionals

Customer service in education refers to the experience stakeholders have when interacting with district staff.
As employees of the district, we have the responsibility to provide excellent customer service to anyone we
work with or come in contact with. Each of us holds the power to make or break the perceptions that
customers have about our schools and our district. Engaging in professional development and improving our
customer service skills will improve the relationships we have with one another, school community and all
other stakeholders. This training will include best practices in interpersonal communication and relationship
building
