The best teams put in the time needed to build strong communication and enhance trust so that everyone is on the same page and knows how their work ties into the organization's larger goals. Participants will understand key findings of students' 2023 STAAR & TELPAS data analysis. Administration and staff will use federal guidelines and projected data to set goals for the upcoming school year. Teachers will also focus on the skills needed to encourage collaborative behaviors.
