Building Strong Middle School Math Classrooms Through RBIS

This full-day professional learning session is designed for middle school math teachers to strengthen instructional practices through Research-Based Instructional Strategies (RBIS). Participants will explore high-impact strategies that promote mathematical thinking, student discourse, problem-solving, engagement, and conceptual understanding. Teachers will collaborate to analyze instructional routines, examine effective questioning techniques, and develop lessons that support diverse learners while aligning with rigorous academic standards. By the end of the session, participants will leave with practical tools, classroom-ready strategies, and actionable plans to enhance student achievement and foster a productive math learning environment.
