Workshop Registration Details

This professional learning session is designed to strengthen teacher-student relationships by equipping teachers with practical strategies that foster trust, belonging, and meaningful connections with every student. Participants will examine how positive relationships impact student engagement, motivation, behavior, and academic achievement while exploring the connection to our campus 7C Survey results. Teachers will reflect on their current practices, analyze student voice data, and develop intentional relationship-building routines that can be embedded into daily instruction. By the end of the session, teachers will leave with actionable strategies and a personalized implementation plan to create classrooms where every student feels seen, valued, and supported.
