Audie Murphy From Data to Action: Using Campus Data and Goal Setting to Improve Student Outcomes

This professional learning session will engage teachers in analyzing campus data, including student achievement and student perception data, to identify strengths, prioritize areas for growth, and establish meaningful instructional goals. Participants will examine trends from the 7C Survey and other campus data sources to better understand students' experiences and the impact of instructional practices. Through collaborative discussions and reflective goal setting, teachers will develop SMART goals and actionable next steps aligned to campus priorities, ensuring that data is used as a tool for continuous improvement and increased student success.
