This professional development session provides a focused review of the linguistic domains assessed on the TExES Bilingual Target Language Proficiency Test (BTLPT). Participants will deepen their understanding of listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the target language, alongside exploring cultural competence and its application within bilingual education contexts, ultimately enhancing their preparedness for the exam.

Elementary Fully certified educators holding a standard Texas teaching certificate seeking Bilingual certification. Elementary Educators currently holding an emergency permit for a Bilingual assignment. Must attend Day 1 and Day 3.
