This interactive session introduces new teachers (0–2 years of experience) to the concept and practice of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). Participants will explore the core principles of PLCs, understand how PLCs differ from traditional professional development, and learn practical strategies for contributing to and benefiting from PLCs in their schools.
