This interactive session introduces new teachers (0–2 years of experience) to a practical introduction to essential frameworks and resources that will support your success from day one. You’ll explore the SIOP Model for making content comprehensible to English learners, gain actionable insights from the Fundamental 5 for effective classroom practice, and learn how DMAC can streamline your use of data to inform instruction. The session will also review the basics of working with students receiving special education (SPED) services and knowing your bilingual students.
