Closing the December End-of-Course (EOC) testing window requires a precise multi-platform audit. Campus testing coordinators must reconcile student records between the Local High School Database and the Cambium Test Information and Distribution Engine (TIDE). The goal of these closeout procedures is to resolve testing discrepancies, assign necessary accountability and non-participation codes, and officially close the window to ensure clean data for state reporting.
