Afterschool Programs - Lighting the way

Campus ASP Coordinator and Assistant Coordinators will participate in team-building, planning for Charting the Course for ASP Team, review and learn(new to program) process of documenting, uploading into ASP Google Drive, completion and timeline for submission of stipend/sponsor payroll forms, monitoring of paraprofessionals, and development of a weekly ASP campus schedule that ensures development of robust UIL Academic and Competitive Enrichment programs. Participants will also walk away with how to handle typical scenarios at the campus level as an ASP Coordinator. Review of available budgets for ASP programs will take place as well as process of ordering supplies to ensure efficient use of monies to support ASP sponsor needs.
