Adult Mental Health First Aid

Adult Mental Health First Aid is designed to teach strategies for family members, friends and peers to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health or substance use challenges and offer support. The course introduces common mental health concerns encountered by adults and offers self-help strategies for staying mentally well. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, substance use, disorders in which psychosis may occur, disruptive behavior disorders (including AD/HD), and eating disorders.
