ECISD Employee LPC Protocols and Services

ECISD supports all employees by providing resources focused on wellness and self-care with an emphasis on mental health. Employees have access to individual counseling, crisis intervention, consultations, referrals, education, and trainings delivered at no cost. This training allows for a deeper understanding of such services including making an appointment, referrals, confidentiality agreements, consent, and everything in between. Additionally, an overall look at mental health as an essential component of quality of life, understanding cultural limitations, stigma, and the role of the ECISD employee counselor will be delivered with opportunities for Q&A.
