SuccessEd 102: IEP Notices & Parent Communication

Participants will learn how to create and manage required parent notices within SuccessEd while ensuring compliance with IDEA and Texas Education Agency (TEA) requirements. This session reviews the Notice of ARD Committee Meeting, Parent Response, Procedural Safeguards, Information to SHARS, and Parent Acknowledgement forms, including when each document is required and common compliance considerations. Participants will also review timelines and documentation expectations to support compliant parent communication. Time will be provided for questions and answers.
