In this session, leaders will explore the technical planning required for effective Bluebonnet Learning implementation. They will assess current systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement and begin planning updates to align existing structures, systems, and policies with Bluebonnet Learning. Additionally, participants will deepen their understanding of best practices for leading adaptive change, fostering positive mindsets, and planning for successful implementation within their school or district.

In this session, leaders will define internalization and understand its role in supporting Bluebonnet Learning implementation with fidelity. They will learn how internalization differs from traditional planning and the implications of this shift for teachers, coaches, and leaders. Participants will become familiar with product-specific internalization protocols coaches use to support teachers, establish a shared vision for internalization within their district or school, and clarify roles and responsibilities in this process.
