This interactive, three-hour professional development session equips prekindergarten teachers with
practical, research-based, and developmentally appropriate classroom management strategies that foster
positive, structured, and engaging learning environments. Participants will explore proactive approaches to

establishing consistent routines and procedures, communicating clear behavioral expectations, supporting self-
regulation, and promoting positive student behaviors.
