Beyond the Glue and the Glitter- Understanding the Texas Performance Standards Projects for Secondary Gifted Students

The Texas Performance Standards Project (TPSP) comprises a set of performance standards, curricula, and assessments for differentiating instruction and deepening academic learning. TPSP enhances gifted/talented (G/T) programs from kindergarten through high school. This session will help participants build an understanding of the curriculum which is designed for gifted and talented students. Participants will be able to examine tasks and assessment criteria using their grade level TEKS and CCRS.
