In this session, leaders will outline the technical planning needed for effective Bluebonnet Learning implementation, assess current systems to identify gaps and areas for technical improvement, and start planning updates to existing systems, structures, and policies to better align with and support Bluebonnet Learning implementation. They will also deepen their understanding of best practices for leading adaptive change and fostering positive mindsets around Bluebonnet Learning to ensure a smooth
implementation process, as well as reflect on and begin planning to lead adaptive change in their school or district.
