This session provides campus and district leaders with a comprehensive overview of the Bluebonnet Learning Math program and its foundation in research-based instructional strategies (RBIS). Administrators will gain insight into how the curriculum is intentionally designed to support conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and application through the Engage–Develop–Demonstrate lesson structure.

As part of the session, participants will engage in a model lesson from the student perspective to experience the instructional flow, embedded supports, and opportunities for productive struggle. This hands-on experience will highlight how Bluebonnet lessons are structured to promote rigorous, student-centered learning while maintaining coherence across grade levels.

Throughout the session, leaders will reflect on implementation practices, consider implications for instructional coaching, and explore how Bluebonnet aligns with campus and district goals for student achievement and teacher development.
