In this session, leaders will define internalization and understand its role in supporting Bluebonnet Learning implementation with fidelity. They will learn how internalization differs from traditional planning and the implications of this shift for teachers, coaches, and leaders. Participants will become familiar with product-specific internalization protocols coaches use to support teachers, establish a shared vision for internalization within their district or school, and clarify roles and responsibilities in this process.
