In this session, leaders will reflect to identify areas of strength and growth related to Bluebonnet Learning fidelity of implementation (FOI) and progress measures. Data will be used to drive analysis of systems and decision-making. Strong Foundations Implementation goals will be revisited and revised if the LEA shifts into deeper implementation. High-action steps will be identified for both the IA and the leaders to increase fidelity of implementation.
