This course provides training on nutritional standards for competitive foods, such as Smart Snacks, as well as the operational requirements to ensure compliance with program regulations.

Employees who are responsible for large-scale administration, including program implementation, financial management, and personnel management. Ex: Nutrition Program Director, Food Purchaser, or Menu Planner. Employees who are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, including programming and personnel management. Ex: Kitchen Manager.
