LIFT- Leadership and instructional Foundations For Texas- Needs Assessment Meeting (Rio Hondo ISD_ONLY)

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

The Needs Assessment is the foundational process through which the LIFT District Coach and Campus Coach collect data related to LIFT outcomes in order to develop a customized Action Plan for the school system. The DC leads the overall Needs Assessment process, which includes artifact review and the Initial Interview, while the CC engages individual campuses around a select number of items using the Pulse Check Tool. Together, the DC and CC use the results to build a clear picture of the system’s current state and identify priority areas for support.
