LIP Onsite Orientation and Planning Support- United ISD

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

The SPARK Model, Student Progress, Access, Results, and Knowledge, is a year-long, phased support framework designed to strengthen instructional practices, data-driven decision-making, and campus systems to improve outcomes for students with disabilities.
To begin this partnership, our team is available to provide the following two-day, face-to-face support:
• October 1, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Local Improvement Plan Orientation and overview of the additional SPARK supports available to both campuses
and
• October 2, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Collaborative planning session to begin developing each campus’s Local Improvement Plan
Would these dates and times work for both campus teams? Once we receive confirmation, we can begin making the necessary travel arrangements.
We look forward to working alongside United ISD and both campus teams to provide coordinated, strategic, and responsive support throughout the improvement-planning and implementation process.
