Participants will engage in campus instructional rounds and calibration activities focused on T-TESS Dimension 2.1: Achieving Expectations. Through classroom observations and collaborative discussions, teachers appraisers will strengthen their ability to identify evidence, align ratings, and ensure consistent evaluation practices.
