Texas Mentoring Training (TMT)
This session is designed for educators selected to serve as mentor teachers for first- and second-year teachers during the 2026–2027 school year. Participants will develop the knowledge and skills needed to effectively coach, support, and encourage new teachers as they build instructional confidence and professional practice.
