Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL; 3 Consecutive Day Training) - ILD replacement

This session is organized to assist administrators with the implementation of the Texas Teacher Evaluation & Support System (T-TESS). Participants of AEL will recognize the relationship between the seven (7) strands of school leadership & five (5) conceptual themes. ILD or AEL is a "co-requisite" for teacher appraisal. Please call (956) 984-6038 if you have questions or would still like to register if the workshop is closed. Payment methods will be accepted by credit card or purchase order. *Please email the district purchase order directly to eoviedo@esc1.net . Self Paying participants will pay by credit card on-line. No Cash Accepted. Please bring a writing pad, highlighter and ink pen. Session starts promptly at 8 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m. Please note this training is for appraisal certification and if any part of this training is missed, you will need to reschedule for another training date.
