Forces Unite: Make and Take Alt. Reading Special Ed.

Alternate Reading looks at alternatives to traditional literacy tools for students with significant cognitive and/or physical disabilities that limit their ability to demonstrate learning via paper-pencil options. Most of the tools that we will explore are low cost and readily made by teachers and parents.

NOTE:
This training is intended to build the capacity of district/charter school teachers and staff who work with students with complex needs. All participants must have an email address associated with a Region One district or charter school. All participants will be automatically placed on the waitlist pending verification that they meet one of the intended audience criteria.
