Challenging Behavior Day 2

Treatment for children with low-incidence disabilities involves planning for success and a starting point for it involves understanding what motivates students. This session will introduce participants to a selection of preference assessments. Participants will have the opportunity to practice conducting different preference assessments and collect data that will be useful in their planning for teaching sessions. Additionally, participants will also be introduced to skill acquisition procedures that will enhance their teaching sessions. This training will be most beneficial for teachers who service students with developmental disabilities from K-5.
