ESF Campus Visit - Lyford Campuses

The Goal of the Effective Schools Diagnostic Process (ESF) is to provide a clear vision for what districts and schools across the state do to ensure an excellent education for all Texas students. Campus will receive a comprehensive report that will include evidence collected for each essential lever: Lever 1: Strong School Leadership & Planning, Lever 2: Strategic Staffing, Lever 3: Positive School Culture, Lever 4: High Quality Instructional Materials & Assessments, Lever 5: Effective Instruction. And includes the District & Campus Leadership Team's collaborative prioritized 2-3 Essential Actions, barrier analysis and next steps on capacity building. Along with an Academic Review which assesses student assignments for alignment to state standards and research-based instructional strategies (RBIS) for both math and reading language arts (RLA) to determine student access to rigorous, grade level instructional materials.
