Dyslexia for a Day: A Simulation for a Day

"Please note that participation in this training will not increase the number of available spots. Once the training reaches capacity, additional participants will be placed on a first come, first serve waitlist and notified if a spot becomes available."
Throughout this session, participants will be guided through reading, writing, and processing simulations that will offer insight into the challenges students with dyslexia face—including the social and emotional impact dyslexia can have on students every day. Participants will gain a greater understanding about what dyslexia is and is not, deepen their empathy and expertise, and learn more about effective accommodations that are necessary for many students' growth.

Anyone interested in learning about challenges students with dyslexia face.
