This workshop equips school counselors with practical, trauma-informed strategies to recognize human trafficking indicators, promote student safety, and support responsible digital citizenship. Participants will review their responsibilities, understand McKinney-Vento protections, explore how housing instability intersects with student well-being, and leave with actionable tools and local resources to support students immediately. Presenters include Judge Betancourt, ICE agent Jesse Garza, Region One's HTYPE, and McKinney Vento.
