This technical assistance meeting will provide participating districts and campuses with targeted support to strengthen implementation of the Additional Days School Year (ADSY) Planning and Execution Program (PEP). Participants will engage in collaborative discussions, review program requirements, and explore strategies to enhance program quality and student outcomes. The session will also include guided work time for teams to refine their ADSY plans, align goals with state priorities, and receive direct feedback from the technical assistance team. Participants will leave with clear next steps, practical tools, and increased confidence in advancing their ADSY PEP initiative.

***Only one person per district must register for WS# 407683 for the $500 fee for unlimited parent/staff participation*** This session will be conducted in Spanish for parents and families of bilingual/ESL students. Participants will be informed about the characteristics of EBs, placement procedures and school policies. They will also learn how to support their children at home to ensure their linguistic, affective and cognitive success in school. We will also have community organizations presenting to participants on the services they provide to the community. The District Contact Person will receive a Zoom link the week of the event to privately share with the EB parents that registered with the district for the institute.
